Where do I beginning....Stefon is like a friend and trainer rolled into one person. He makes working out fun and challenging. He gets to know his clients limitations and strengths so when working out with him, he pushes me just enough while also making sure I don't injure myself. He is also very supportive in working with me to reach my weight loss goals. He is a BEAST when I need him to be and a sweetheart at the same time so I can't be mad when he kicks my butt. I wouldn't have been able to reach my goal of losing 30lbs without him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 a month for regular fitness program 8 sessions a month, Nutrition plan $200 a month for specialty fitness program 8-12 sessions a month, weigh-ins, nutrition plan, $250 a month for specialty fitness program, stretch therapy, nutrition plan, grocery list, outside assistance (calls, morning texts, motivational texts, weigh ins, measurements. $50 a month a person for group sessions $20 meal plans
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Fitness assessment to see if your a perfect match for one of our programs. (FA includes FAQ,weight,body and bf% Measurements,goal setting, nutrition analysis, feet and spine scan, fitness testing and sample workout.) 2. Discuss which programs will fit your lifestyle and schedule your sessions for the month. 3. GET TO WORK!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sports Science. I have an American Aerobic Association Phase 2: Master Trainer Certification NASM TRAINING CERT COMING SOON!
