My experience with Techload was fantastic. They walked me through every step of the repair and helped me come up with repair alternatives for my MacBook Air. Techload arrived at my house as arranged on a Sunday morning to repair my iPhone SE 1st generation. I had replaced the battery and had only one cable to reconnect. Turns out the screen was bad. He did not have the part so left with my phone to return an hour or so later having installed a new screen. Everything worked except the home button, but he was able to conjure up a virtual one on my touch screen. So now I have basically a refurbished SE! He informed me that he would be in touch when he had a replacement home button and we could arrange for him to install it. At all times he was the consummate professional, patient, dedicated, responsive and walked me through the entire process. And the cost was extremely reasonable. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Very responsive, very professional I initially contacted tech to replace a laptop display but after finding other issues with laptop I found it cost prohibitive to go further with the repair. I contacted Techload and explained that I needed to cancel my .appointment and he was quite understanding , I would call on him again for future work based on his professionalism alone!!!

My prices are very affordable and also comes with other discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to asses the issue over test with direct and more accurate questions to pin point the issue of the device. And reassure customers of a well done and fast service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a training from Ausurion Apple & samsung certified experts, which later maybe me one. And am currently in IT school.
