These are wonderful people. Great company great work. Very professional. They repaired water damage to our laundry downstairs bathroom and hall...and its even nicer then before!! Always on time and the job itself done early! Polite and they always clean up. The owners even came and inspected! Love this company!!

I cant say enough good things about my experience working with Loch Raven Remodeling. They completed a full remodel of my master bathroom along with several smaller projects around my home, and the results speak for themselves in the photos.Beyond the quality of the work, they were simply great to work with throughout the entire process. They showed up on time for the initial estimate, provided a fair and transparent price, answered every question I had, and even came out on a weekend morning to help me select tile. Once the project started, they arrived on time every day and kept everything running smoothly. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Loch Raven Remodeling to anyone considering a home project, and I fully plan to call them again for the next one at my house.

I have used Loch Raven Remodeling for various home improvement projects for our stone farmhouse in Harford Co. over the last 25 years. They have consistently provided prompt courteous service, quality work, and fair pricing and I have recommended them on numerous occassions to friends and family. Geno , Richard and Bri are amazing and are easy to work with !

For the past year, Loch Raven Remodeling has been working to help me update my house which included a new roof, dry-loc painting of basement storage room, new shower head installation, demo of paneling in family room with new Sheetrock and painting completed. Bri has been immensely helpful getting everything scheduled and staying in touch with me throughout the process. Gino has provided good fair estimates and excellent crew throughout the jobs. I highly recommend this company and I plan to keep them busy with more updates. Thanks all!

I would highly recommend Loch Raven Remodeling. I recently had my kitchen remodeled due to a dishwasher leak. Having to deal with Insurance, there is always a headache involved. But Gino and Bri made the process move so smoothly. Dave and his team did a great job! It looks great! We are having them do more work for us in the near future.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is customized to your home's needs, and our detailed proposals clearly outline the scope of work, materials, and costs before construction begins. We offer competitive pricing, financing options for qualified homeowners, and strive to provide the best value through quality craftsmanship, premium materials, and over 46 years of trusted local experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free on-site consultation where we discuss your goals, review your plans or ideas, take measurements, and establish your budget. We then provide design guidance, material options, and financing solutions if needed.
Once we've finalized the scope of work, you'll receive a detailed, transparent proposal outlining exactly what's included. After approval, we handle the scheduling, permits (when required), and coordinate every phase of construction while keeping you informed throughout the project. Our goal is to make your remodeling experience as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible—from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Loch Raven Remodeling has proudly served the local community for 46 years. Our team brings together more than 150 years of combined experience across our owner, project managers, designers, foremen, and skilled carpenters. We stay current with industry best practices, local building codes, and manufacturer installation standards to ensure every project is completed safely, professionally, and with exceptional craftsmanship.
