Lian from Grace Plumbing was fantastic! I had a hose bib that burst so I went online to look for recommendations and everyone had given Grace Plumbing 5 stars and wrote great reviews. I reached out online and Lian responded immediately and said he could come by right then. Because I had a hose bib burst a few years prior I knew what to expect. Lian gave me a great estimate and when I asked when he could do the job he said he could fix it right then. He did a much better job, took less time to complete and charged me much less than the company I used in the past (a well known company). I will most definitely use Lian for all my plumbing needs.

Grace Plumbing performed a free quote and was by far the most reasonable of every plumber we spoke to. They were efficient, left to buy a necessary part and came right back. Their work quality was excellent and I’ll happily hire them again!

They only allowed me to select 3 factors but I wanted to select all five! I posted on Thumbtack (ON A SUNDAY) about an emergency plumbing need and Lian didn’t even bother to respond in the app, he immediately called me and within an hour, the work was done and at a great price!!!
