Sat showed up within an hour of my first contact with him (on a Saturday morning), and texted me updates about his arrival time. It took him less than an hour to fix the problem with our drain blockage - he snaked the section of the sewer line in our front yard and removed the tree roots that were causing the blockage. He also informed us that we should contact the city in case that section could be eligible for a permanent fix (sewer line replacement) by the city.
