I noticed a crack in the wallboard near the ceiling and as I was concerned about structural integrity, I wanted a company with experience in remodeling, not just simple handyman repairs. Samuel came and after looking at the wall, agreed that it needed to be further assessed, and explained what needed to be done and the likely cost. Fortunately, they were able to do it the same day. In addition, I was glad to know that they had a structural engineer they could consult with if needed, though that would be an additional expense (and a rather large expense, at that). Samuel returned with Oscar who opened the wall and ceiling and after careful examination was confident that the structural integrity was not compromised, only that one of the struts need to be further anchored, which they did. Oscar was thorough and careful with his work, and Samuel was there for most of the day until he had to go to another site, so Alex, one of the other supervisors, came and oversaw the completion, including a thorough cleanup. Everyone was quite pleasant to work with, there were no surprises, and I would use them again.

These guys are great contractors and just all around good people! We had six contractors (probably too many) to inspect the repairs needed for my home. JR Property Restoration sent Samuel Soriano for the inspection. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Both my daughter and I immediately and readily agreed that he stood out. The estimate he provided was very reasonable. The work needed included concrete repair on my front walkway. A kitchen sink with a new cabinet, garbage disposal and counter top (I LOVE my new counter top!) and new dishwasher. I needed new water pipes, insulation and drywall in my basement. There was work needed on my circuit breaker and an outlet as well. ALL work was completed in a timely fashion. Upon completion my daughter still had a few minor issues. Sam went out of his way to get the job done to our satisfaction. He is both patient and kind. Literally, prior to getting started I had a bathroom fan to short out. Which affected the second bathroom's fan. Sam sent an electrician to my house to inspect AND added in the repair at no additional cost! Because of the pipes and water issues we had mold. Again Sam authorized the mitigation at no additional cost. ALL the workers who came to my home were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and polite. I give them the highest rating and HIGHLY recommend JR Property Restoration for ALL your home repair and renovation needs.
