Ama was responsive to book the job. She was over an hour late “with another client” - she sent a text but I had to scramble to accommodate her. She cleaned the house but missed obvious dirt. She left before allowing me to review the work because she was “late for the next client”. I paid in full as agreed but would not hire her again. She apologized for what she missed but once paid via Zelle, made no effort to fix what she missed.
