While I don't want to ignore the good quality of the work done, my issues were getting the job done right and getting it done quickly. Blue Line responded to the work request almost immediately. 10% off for 1st time customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we look at the artwork to make sure it is suitable for engraving. We then do a mock-up for approval before moving to the final step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend trade shows and have taken multiple training classes online and in person.
