- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our Legal Services Agreement, we only receive a fee if we settle your case with your written approval. There is no attorney's fee if we do not settle your case. Additionally, our law firm will never take more in a fee than you receive in a settlement. Lastly, we never charge expenses that are general in nature and not directly related to our clients' cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by an injured victim, we explain that the foundation of any personal injury claim is treatment with highly skilled medical providers. We will not work with the "personal injury/car accident injury clinics" under any circumstances. After are clients are in the hands of medical providers that we trust, they are provided with a 24/7 client portal number so that there is crystal clear communication with their paralegals and lawyers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise that injury victims due their due diligence when selecting a personal injury lawyer. Google reviews are a great place to start. There, you can see what former and current clients are saying about that law firm: communication, care, responsiveness, culture and results. Those are the big pillars to learn about. Also, read how the lawyers respond to the reviews, both positive and negative. Also, call the law firm and speak with them about your case. Do they provide empathy with respect to your situation? Do they seem knowledgeable about this area of the law? Do they have a plan in place to deal with the insurance companies? Did you feel confident after the initial phone call? If you answer to all of these questions is yes, than you likely have found a good law firm to assist you with your case.
