They showed up, helped us diagnose an awkwardly placed electrical problem, and explained what they were doing the whole way through. Would highly recommend.

Had Sean Ryan come to my townhome that was having issues with an electrical line that was randomly turning on/off the ceiling fan and outlet… Sean was my third estimate and previous estimates felt like I was getting way overcharged and required at least a week to get on the schedule… Thankfully Sean was able to move some stuff around his schedule to come the next day, immediately diagnosed the issue, picked up the parts from local Home Depot, and fixed it right on the spot under two hours. His pricing was very fair and work was very professional
I HAD to ask him to come give me estimates on other projects that I wanted to get done (ceiling lights, electrical charger in garage)… Sean will be my go to electrician and will vouch for his work to anyone
I've had several quotes done by electricians for having a Tesla charger installed in my garage. There were some sketchy ones that didn't want to include permit as part of their work -- that I skipped. Sean was one of the few that did include permit at a reasonable cost and when I chatted with him, he let me know that he'll be using a 75 gauge wire for the installation as opposed to the lower rated ones that are prone to heating up and cause issues down the line.
The installation went smoothly for the most part, it took a few hours since my circuitbreakerpanel is about 30 ft away from my garage. Any holes made during the installation were either covered with small, square plastic panels or dry wall putty. As the wire did have to go through the ceiling past my basement bathroom adjacent to the garage, he had to put a hole in the bathroom to fish it out. I noticed it later after the work was done but there was a small cracked tile in the bathroom. Not a huge deal, so I didn't bring it up though. But. Overall happy with the installation.
Getting the county permit took some time afterwards partly because I was out of town for a few weeks. But also, Sean wasn't always responsive to texts -- I understand since he mostly handles the business by himself. The county inspector was able to come by and inspect for approval as all the work was done to code.
Overall, I was generally pleased with the outcome of the work despite communication being a bit slow at times. I recommend working with Sean if you have any electrical work to be done.

Ryan stopped by to replace a light switch and plate. I’m really happy with the work that he did. He is a talented electrician and I will absolutely call on him again.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For basic service request, I charge for the first hour of service and pro-rated per hour after the first hour.
Most service requests are completed within the first hour.
New installations and service replacements are mostly a fixed price after an on-site in-person meeting, while some other request I will offer a rate per day because the of the scope of work is involved and I feel that this approach would be beneficial and fair to both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I like to introduce myself to a potential client so they become comfortable with me,good communication is more important then anything else because if they are not comfortable, my work is going to be more difficult till I earn their trust, by listing to what they are sharing with me sometimes we learn more and offer a different approach while I'm asking questions to find out what there needs are for the request I've been contacted for .
Next I'll decide if a pre-site visit is needed or not prior to offering a rough cost estimate to complete there project or service call. Finally when I'm almost finished I like to ask the customer if there they are pleased with the outcome of my services and if there is something I could consider to improve on my services, followed by asking if they would consider revering me to their friends and neighbors leaving a positive outcome and review .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 yrs of vocational electrical school, 16+ credit hours continuing education every two years and education and in specialised areas of related electrical work. over 30 years of working servicing clients.
