I hated everything about the service provided from start to finish! First the movers tired to tell me what items MAY NOT fit on the truck. How is that being said WHEN I’M PAYING? Loaded the items quickly I can say that! But loading the storage A DISASTER! Why would you load couches & other big items LAST? Now you can’t get to anything in the storage unless YOUR MOVING OUT! Last but not least gave me a total that was not agreed upon when the service was booked! JUST BEWARE!!!

We’ve tried to reach out to you. We are sorry that you are not happy with the service. The movers arrived at 8:45 am and finished at 12:10 pm. That is technically 4 hours (since we don’t pro rate). However, we charged you for 3 hours. In addition, you had stairs and a long hallway which we gave you credit for. As a courtesy, we gave you credit for the extra hour and stairs and long hallway. Please contact us if have any questions.

We charge the market rate. And our price is reasonable and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers are asked to provide details of their move by filing out a form. Once we receive the form, customers are sent a quotation based on the details that they provide. If the customer is comfortable with the quote and accepts it, then we will send the customer a confirmation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business since 2019 and our owner comes from a moving servicing business background. Our movers have years of experience and are trained to be professional at all times.
