- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer personalized training services through several options: • Private Personal Training at my studio in Kensington, MD • Online Coaching & Custom Programming • Semi-Private Training Most clients choose a package option, which provides the best value and allows for long-term progress. Training packages are available in 10-session and 20-session options. To respect everyone's time and maintain a professional schedule, sessions canceled with less than 12 hours' notice may be charged in full. Every client receives a personalized approach based on their goals, fitness level, schedule, and lifestyle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief consultation to discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any limitations or injuries. Once we determine the best training option for you, you'll complete a simple intake form and onboarding process. For personal training clients, the first session includes a movement assessment that helps me identify strengths, mobility restrictions, and opportunities for improvement. For online coaching clients, I review your intake information, training history, and movement videos before designing your program. From there, I create a personalized plan designed specifically around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

I am a certified personal trainer with over 8 years of coaching experience.
