I have to say, Chef Nikki out done herself! My guest at my 60th birthday party was truly impressed with the food! The shrimp Mac and cheese was the star of the show followed by the fish!! There was no food left after party ended! So clean up was fast and simple!! I will definitely be calling on her again!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chef Nikki came through in the clutch! I hit her with a short-notice order and she was patient, understanding, and listened to everything I needed. The food was fire — fresh, seasoned to perfection, and gone before we could blink. Folks were going back for seconds and still couldn’t get more because it was that good! Karibbean Fire catered our homecoming lunch, and did an AMAZING job. We were able to have sample plates of the food we wanted way in advance to ensure we enjoyed the taste of what we would be serving. She made sure to accommodate our needs, built a menu for us, and gave suggestions on what would be best based on budget and party size. Come homecoming day our food was delivered on time, fresh, hot, and ready to be served. Food is well seasoned and the woman behind the scene are LOVELY. No complaints about the food come homecoming day. Everything was amazing throughout the entire experience!
