I reported my hot tub was leaking and the unit would not turn on. Steven said he was familiar with hot tubs and had repaired several. He said the unit shut down due to the leak and he would need to replace 3 pipes. This would fix the problem. I signed a contract and he requested full payment in advance. He replaced the pipes in 4 hours then showed me a bottle of Draino he used to clear the drain system? He said the pipes needed to dry for 2 hours and he would be back to insure the unit would start up. After 3 hours I refilled the hot tub and turned the power back on with no results. I contacted Steven and he said he fixed the problem but would return the next day to take a look at it. The next day I noticed the pipes now had a major leak in 2 areas that he had repaired and there is a puddle of water under the tub. After several days of text messages Steven did not show up as promised. He then informed me if it was an electrical issue it was not his issue. That he fixed the pipes and does not know why they would still be leaking. Today 5 days later he claims he looked at the tub and it was full of water so it appears to be a drainage issue or a problem with the hot water pipe? He did not look at the leaking pipes below the unit. I told him I was concerned because he seemed to be treating this as a indoor jacuzzi instead of an outdoor 5 person hot tub spa. I am still waiting for him to return and fix the leaking pipes as a result of the job he claims is completed. I also need him to test the electric system on the hot tub to see if there is a problem with the unit.
