Discovering black mold in an outside room I was fortunate to find Parsons Restoration .Two of their technicians, Drew and another young man, came to remove the black mold. Drew took the time to explain what would happen and what would be done. He also took time to discuss how the mold possibly got started in the room.Drew was courteous, politely responsive to all my inquiries, and quick to start right to work. After the treatment Drew made sure the area was clean and took time to inform me of what treatment included.He also told me to contact him if I had any further questions.As a customer I was very satisfied with the service received and the outstanding technicians sent, Drew and another young man.Satisfied Customer,Carrie Jasper

Contracted with Parsons Restoration to remediate mold in my basement. The extent of the mold growth in the ceiling was unknown due to the majority of the basement being finished. As the drywall was removed, it quickly became evident that the mold was more pervasive than I or the Parsons crew thought, which resulted in a one day job taking multiple days to complete. Despite the increased manpower and time required, Parsons honored the original contract value and ensured that my high expectations were met. Taylor was a pleasure to work with and clearly explained and photographed the entire process. The crew was very professional and considerate of our belongings, and ensured that everything was properly contained and cleaned at the end of the job. I respect the honesty and ethical treatment of this company when there are so many competitors that thrive on the bait and switch. Thank you Taylor, John and Andrew!
