FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At New Image Elite, We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Every project is unique, so we take the time to assess your home’s needs and provide a detailed, honest estimate. We periodically offer seasonal promotions and project-based savings (such as multi-window or full exterior upgrades), and we’re always happy to discuss budget-friendly options that don’t compromise quality. Our goal is to deliver long-term value — not just the lowest upfront number.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and stress-free: 1. Initial Conversation – We listen first. Understanding your concerns, goals, and priorities is key. 2. Inspection & Evaluation – We assess the project thoroughly so nothing gets overlooked. 3. Clear Proposal – You receive a detailed scope of work outlining materials, process, and expectations. 4. Open Communication – We stay accessible and responsive from start to finish. 5. Professional Installation – Our trained team completes the work with care and precision. 6. Final Walkthrough – We make sure everything meets both our standards and yours. No pressure — just guidance and professionalism throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines real-world experience with ongoing manufacturer-certified training to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. We are proud to be a GAF Master Elite Contractor, a designation earned by only a small percentage of contractors nationwide. In addition, we are trained and certified installers of ProVia windows and doors, allowing us to properly install their high-performance products for maximum energy efficiency and long-term durability. We also install siding systems from trusted manufacturers such as CertainTeed and stay up to date with best practices across multiple product lines and exterior systems. Because building products and installation methods continue to evolve, we regularly participate in ongoing training to ensure we are always aligned with current manufacturer standards and modern building science. We’re happy to walk you through our certifications and product options — feel free to inquire to learn more about what may be the best fit for your home.
