FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer in-person and online packages ranging from 1, 5, 10, 20 sessions. The in-person sessions are slightly more than the online sessions. The 5, 10, and 20 session packages do have discounts applied to them. You can earn an additional discount when you refer someone to work with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You could book a free 30 minute consultation to see where you are needing assistance and if we are a good match. We can then determine which type of package would be best to move forward with based on your particular needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Biology from SUNY Potsdam and have been working as a chemist for over 6 years. I have always had a strong knack for science and math topics and am currently using my knowledge of calculus in my job. In college, and now in my free time, I like to study the latest information regarding physics and chemistry. I was a substitute teacher for a year in my local school district. I primarily was teaching science and math subjects during this time. I have been a tutor for over 10 years, individually and for a company. I am also an official member of Mensa so I take my academics and constant will to learn seriously.
