Very unprofessional. Unanswered phone calls and text messages. Ben will tell you he, or one of his guys will come out. They never show up or call to let you know the status of your call. I had them install a complete heating system in December 2015. A month later, the system is not working. I went with this company because a friend recommended it. I am forever regretful I did. I believe this is a one man company and he is over his head. I suggest you go with a replicable company. Being a nice person is much different then being a professional business man.
