Got a diagnostic from a bigger company that wanted to charge me more. Contacted Ransford Arthur for a second opinion. Fixed my dryer in less than 10 minutes for half the price after the other company said it would take 2-5 days for the parts to come in. I would hire these folks 10 out of 10 times. A hidden gem in the appliance repair industry. Professional and honest.

I contacted Rebson appliance center on Sunday. Ransford responded within a couple of hours. He was able to schedule an appt the next day (Labor Day). He was able to fix my LG dryer on the spot. He had the part in his car. The price was reasonable and I had no interruption in doing my laundry.

I truly wish I wasn’t limited to selecting only three because the service we received from Robson Appliance Repair Corporation was more than worthy of all five. Our technician called with his ETA, arrived promptly ready to work, and not only diagnosed the problem we were experiencing with our LG washer, but repaired it during the same visit in a timely manner. We were also provided with tips on how to properly maintain our high efficiency washer. As far as we’re concerned we have no problem using them for our future repair needs. Lastly our laundry was spotless when he departed.
