I was kept abreast every step of the way from the time I posted my request, he was very punctual in responding, gave me an appt, called on his way, and was on time, exactly. Amazing level of knowledge, was able to diagnose the problems quickly, and so we could decide how best to approach the repairs… Some of which were expensive some of which we’re not. He was very willing to talk through what seemed like a reasonable value to him and help us make a decision that worked for us. Very strong value!
