Extremely pleased with this provider! My brand new front-load Samsung washer would shake during the spin cycle. I had someone come out through my home warranty to "check it" and he basically told me it's irreparable.
I didn't believe him, so I reached out to ZAZAI for a second opinion. Not only was he able to come out same day, but he was able to repair it! Apparently when it was installed the initial tech did not remove the "shipping" screws.
He also took the time to educate us on proper usage and care. I'm so grateful for them! Thanks again!

Zazai was awesome! When I sent a service request for my leaking washer on a Sunday afternoon I was not expecting a same day visit! They were able to diagnose the problem order the part and install so that my kids were able to have clean uniform shirts for school on Monday morning.
