I did not actually use this pro for the repair but Mohammad Zazai responded to my request within 30 minutes and had a technician out to my house within 90 minutes. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and the estimate price and service call charge were fair. I was not able to reschedule for the actual repair appt because I came down with pneumonia. They were very professional.

Our refrigerator decided to spring a massive leak on Christmas Eve. We put towels down and tried to limit the damage and assumed nobody would be available for 24-plus hours. On Christmas morning. Got on Thumbtack to set up an appointment and Zazai called back within minutes. The volunteered to come that day, no special surcharge. They identified the problem, ordered the part, turned off the water in the meantime—and came back the next morning to finish the repair. We were able to have our holiday celebration with no problem.
