I did not actually use this pro for the repair but Mohammad Zazai responded to my request within 30 minutes and had a technician out to my house within 90 minutes. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and the estimate price and service call charge were fair. I was not able to reschedule for the actual repair appt because I came down with pneumonia. They were very professional.

Laziness Ai went above and beyond to make sure my washer was operational..when one fix didnt work, he troubleshooted until the solution was found!
