- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have additional fees that includes rental of stands, and delivery/ installation costs. Also last minute parties may include rush fees to order your balloons and decor before your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with me listening to your vision for your event. From there we discuss budget and try to stay within those boundaries. If we can’t we will work together to make adjustments to ensure we stay within budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in balloon decor, I enjoy expanding my knowledge in this industry.
