Basement Finishing or Remodeling

NTS Consulting did a good job of framing my basement and installing drywall. They were also good with communication, providing feedback and of course pricing.

Basement Finishing or Remodeling

After taking time out from my schedule to do a walk through in order to share my expectations and renovation goals, it’s weeks later and still haven’t received a price quote. It’s disappointing and unfortunate because I thought the partnership would work well but if you’re too busy to send a quote for the job three weeks later then that tells me that you may not be “present” or attentive during the job.
NTS Consulting's reply
Good morning Bianca, I sent you a message Saturday (May 8th) via inbox. I am not sure whether or not you saw it/received it. My apologies in advance; after we met, a close family member occur a temporary disability which accumulation a good bit of my time unexpectedly. Unfortunately, the situation interfered with my time in regards to writing proposals and following-up with potential clients/customers during that time frame. I also sent you a proposal this past Saturday morning as well (I already started it, just didn't get a chance to finish it). Once again, my apologies, I should have taken to time out to communicate that information with during that time period. If you have not selected another contractor by now, hopefully we can communicate and work something out. Regards, Nadine T. Shipman NTS Consulting 301.996.8230

Ninotchica A.

She was diligent, responsive, honest and helpful throughout the process. The contractors became family during the process. They exceeded my expectations. They set timeline and beat it. They came in daily prepared and ready to work. They were equally responsive to my questions. I'm looking forward to using NTS Consulting for future home projects.
