If you think "customer service" is a dying art like we do you'll appreciate the level of service Nathan provides. He provided an honest up front quote that only varied from the phone estimate because I added additional services to clean the tile grout in each bathroom. That in itself is worth 5 stars! We hired him to clean our carpets and we were satisfied with the end results. He arrived 10-15 minutes ahead of schedule and waited quietly in our driveway until it was time. Our appointment was scheduled first thing in the morning before the sun came up! I was more than impressed to see him outside when I turned my first light on for the day! Nathan was courteous and thorough. He moved large pieces of furniture out of the way to ensure all accessible areas were cleaned. He paid extra attention to the carpeted areas our 2 dogs like to lay most frequently, he was able to remove all evidence of high traffic areas and dark spots from accidents and spills. As a bonus - Nathan addressed a problem area we've had for years on our wood floor near the toilet in a guest bath...at no extra charge. 5 more stars! I'm actually here today to find his number to hire him again! Totally forgot to write the review he deserved several months ago!

Professional Carpet Cleaning Plus exceeded all my expectations. Their attention to detail and thorough hot water extraction method left our carpets looking brand new, which they are definitely not. :) My husband commented that the carpets looked incredible and was impressed that there was no harsh chemical smell and the carpet dried quickly and felt soft. We have three children so there was plenty of crayon, marker, pencil, dirt, and makeup marks to tackle. I plan to hire Professional Carpet Cleaning Plus for all my future carpet and upholstery upkeep!

Nathan was amazing and did an awesome job on our carpet. He is top a notch professional, thorough, and punctual. He noticed dust that collected over several years on the outer edges of some of the carpet in our new house and let us know it was from the air ducts that needed cleaning. We had no idea and wish we would’ve noticed that during the inspection. He did a great job getting it cleaned. The carpet looks fantastic! Thanks Nathan!
