- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
customers normally call me and tell me their issues, I ask them questions to better understand their situation and for me to have a better idea of what I might be dealing with, then I provide an expectation of what the time frame might be for me to fix that issue and how much it might cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
being in the field around 5 years work for some top big companies in DMV area . CFC Certified/ NATE certified. Attend plenty of training courses dealing with all major brands and still attending. Can never learn enough.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Feel free to ask any questions related to problem, I will be happy to answer them and the end of day I want you to be happy and make sure you have heating and cooling working properly
