- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts may apply when when hired for 5+ hours. Or package deals containing 3 or more services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I'd like to say Welcome to my profile!! As a new customer I like to discuss budget, the type of event and what the client's expectations are. We like to make sure all needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a self taught artist I'm always still learning. Many designs require different techniques that are only learned through experience. At least 3-5 days a week are dedicated to trying different techniques in balloon art and face painting. Through research I've acquired the knowledge of proper sanitation, safe paints for little faces, and the art if painting a child who are masters of dancing in the chair haha
