Neville and his team worked on remodeling my basement this year. The process was very smooth. We got drawings from their architect and we sent them our inspiration for the design. They worked with us on certain specs to make sure this is exactly what we want. I can surely say I’m very satisfied with the final product, we love our basement and the quality is top notch! Communication during the process was great, we got all of our questions answered along the way, which I really value because we previously had a contractor who was just non-responsive and wouldn’t answer his phone for days. So to have someone who actually cares and communicates was a really lovely experience. I’d definitely work with BHI again!
