Kevin met with me quickly after I reached out for a remodel quote on our bathroom after a leak in our acrylic shower caused damage to the dining room ceiling below. He gave me a proposal on the spot and was able to work with me on my budget. He explained they supply everything you don’t see—waterproofing, sheetrock, etc., and I just buy fixtures, tile, grout, etc. and he recommended a store to use. He also advised on any items I was planning to buy that wouldn’t be needed. The crew got started the following week and finished all their work over about 8 total days of work over the span of a couple weeks, a few days of which were due to some materials I ordered taking longer than expected. The team installed all new tile on the bathroom floor and shower, new shower fixtures, vanity, exhaust fan, and toilet. Kevin accommodated various last minute requests of mine like an outlet addition, baseboards, etc. The crew left things tidy each day, and Kevin kept me up to speed on various project aspects and when they’d occur throughout. Kevin and his crews were awesome throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Honestly, there are not enough words to describe how great and thankful we are for Kevin and his team at Zion Renovations. They have done amazing work throughout our entire home! What initially started as a small project (adding a niche to our master bathroom shower) turned into them transforming our entire space! Owner’s Suite: - added niche to master bathroom shower - installed waterfall shower head + handheld from ceiling. - removed builder grade doors and installed custom steel and glass doors in master closets - replaced all builder grade lights with custom light fixtures - replaced electric sockets with us-c/us-b sockets - removed builder provided toilet and installed toilet with bidet Second Floor Hallway: - replaced all builder grade light fixtures with custom light fixtures - installed board and batten wall from first floor to second floor ceiling along staircase Playroom: - installed shelving and compartments for toys - built a playhouse using closet - installed recess lighting in shelving - installed custom light/fan fixture Laundry Room: - installed laundry room sink - installed custom shelving Jack+Jill: - board and batten along walls of each room + painting - replaced electrical sockets Living Room: - installed wooden beams along ceiling - installed 6ft wide ceiling fan fixture Office: - replaced builder doors with steel and glass doors - installed shiplap/wood textured ceiling - installed custom shelving to include printer pullout cabinet - installed shiplap wall - installed intricate custom light fixture Kitchen: - installed custom light fixtures in breakfast nook - arched walkway into kitchen - installed glass cleaner in quartzite slab - installed steel/glass door in pantry Guest room: - installed board and batten wall - installed shower door - installed shelving in linen closets Mudroom: - installed 24x24 custom tiles Honestly, I’m sure there are things I’ve missed, but as you can see, we are VERY pleased with Kevin’s work and would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. Our neighbors have already started pulling him and his team to do jobs in their homes because of the quality! If I could give 100 stars, I would.

I contacted ZR for a quote for my foyer. Out of 5 companies this was the only company who actually gave me a detailed explanation of their processes . Therefore, I hired them and super happy I did! Words can’t express how happy I am with the final product! My foyer doesn’t look old anymore! I will be hiring them again for other projects! Let me give some extra detail of why I’m happy with everything. First, detailed description of the process. Secondly, arrival punctuality and time management during the whole process was fantastic. Third, communication was expressed throughout the whole project. Fourth, they made sure the final product was perfect before the team left. Lastly, they did a good job cleaning everything up.

I cannot recommend Kevin and his team enough! They did an incredible job sanding my floors, moving my baseboard registers, adding new baseboards, painting, and even changing my stair rail. From start to finish, Kevin walked me through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable with each step. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly above and beyond. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful, and the overall quality of work exceeded my expectations.
