We contacted Shay for a bathroom expansion project, including adding a shower to one of our restrooms and fully remodeling our master bathroom. From the very first contact, Shay was extremely responsive and quickly made time in her schedule to come out for an on-site evaluation.
Since we are not very knowledgeable about renovation projects, we truly appreciated her patience, attentiveness, and expert advice. She took the time to listen to our ideas, answer all of our questions, and guide us through the process with professionalism and clarity.
Shay took detailed photos and later came back with a design mockup proposal. The project presented in the mockup was exceptional — well thought out, functional, and beautiful. It is clear that she truly masters her craft.
The proposed budget was very reasonable and accessible, which was another pleasant surprise. We are definitely moving forward with her for this project and are very excited to see the work begin.
