We hired Grade A Services to move older adults from a second-floor apartment to a first-floor, step-free apartment within the same community. The experience started off challenging, as the movers arrived approximately three hours late due to several reported issues. However, once they arrived, the two movers were courteous, professional, and worked diligently to safely move a considerable number of belongings.

Overall, despite the significant delay, we had a positive experience. The team did an excellent job with the move, and we appreciated that Grade A Services acknowledged the inconvenience and provided an appropriate discount. Based on the quality of the service itself, I would consider hiring them again.

Grade A Enterprises was on time, professional and polite, completed a much needed project for me (putting together and moving a hall cabinet) with no issues, and even cleaned up the area. The cost was reasonable. I would use them again and refer them to family and friends.
