I initially booked this pro for a Monday, but upon texting with them, we agreed they would come the day before to give me an estimate first. I sent them a message on the day of the estimate to confirm the time. They never responded. They did not show up for the appointment. I sent them a follow up message a few hours later, giving them a second chance. They never responded. Unacceptable communication.
