I like to communicate well with clients and build a relationship. Take the time to be professional and personable with my clients. I listen well to my clients, active listening is a skill I practice every day. Use analogies to help explain the process or procedure and Develop a standard of customer service. As long as Disputes occur, please resolve them as quickly as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a Masonry company for 10 years and really love the business. I applied what I learned from the company and the skills I have to start my own business in Masonry.
