Water Damage Cleanup and Restoration

VIP did a water damage response which involved removal of damaged drywall and insulation in several rooms and using fans to dry out the space. Julian and his team were true professionals with great attitudes. They did their job on time and at a reasonable price while also taking good care of our home while in it. Julian is extremely responsive and I would absolutely recommend his services.

Fire Damage Restoration Cleaning

This guys are the Achilles of water damage and fire damage, when the fire broke out fire department actually used allot of water to extinguish the fire, the floor simply looked dry but I was wrong , they brought in some kind of a moisture testing equipment and was about to detect all the moisture under the floor board, it was amazing, also my adjuster was giving me the run around, but they checkmated him in the most professional manners, I kind of like the knowledge that they displayed dealing with my adjuster, it was a delightful experience, I highly recommend them

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I dont, I use what is called exactimate soft ware, its the same soft ware that all insurance companies uses to generate or write their estimates, its difficult to understand and or use, I was trained and certified to use it..its really cool

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I provide them free consultation and assessments, ie establish if the loose is or will be covered by insurance policy, ,, also establishing what make sense, if filing a claim is necessary or not etc

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes all the time
