This guys are the Achilles of waterdamage and fire damage, when the fire broke out fire department actually used allot of water to extinguish the fire, the floor simply looked dry but I was wrong , they brought in some kind of a moisture testing equipment and was about to detect all the moisture under the floor board, it was amazing, also my adjuster was giving me the run around, but they checkmated him in the most professional manners, I kind of like the knowledge that they displayed dealing with my adjuster, it was a delightful experience, I highly recommend them

I hired VIP Steemer after another contractor, who was not on Thumbtack, took the first couple of insurance checks and walked off the job. With the way VIP Steemer came in and corrected a very complicated situation for our family, Mr. Iwundu and his team proved to be a God send for us!
When VIP Steemer came to the job, the remediation had not been started and waterdamage and mold were still on walls, cabinetry and flooring. VIP Steemer got to work promptly re-negotiating with insurance companies and starting a proper and thorough remediation.
In the middle of the remodel phase, 3 ft. of snow collapsed our roof. Before any further damage could be done to the home, Mr. Iwundu deftly handled the complex insurance problems and quickly repaired damage done by the snow.
The remodel was beautiful. The workmanship was excellent. The materials they bought the job far exceeded my expectations.
Above all I appreciated the honesty with which Mr. Iwundu and his team dealt with us. Where there were old piping and fixtures that needed replacing, the VIP Steemer team pro-actively identified and fixed problems. They repaired or replaced where it was needed instead of covering up or "patching-over" things that we as homeowners could have easily missed.
Because of their thoroughness, honesty, and skill, VIP Steemer took what was a very difficult time for my family and me and helped to make our days a lot brighter!

VIP did a waterdamage response which involved removal of damaged drywall and insulation in several rooms and using fans to dry out the space. Julian and his team were true professionals with great attitudes. They did their job on time and at a reasonable price while also taking good care of our home while in it. Julian is extremely responsive and I would absolutely recommend his services.

VIP Steemer was excellent in their customer service from the first contact with them. They showed up on a holiday as it was December 23 when the flood happened in our home. They responded the same night after hours and began waterrestoration services immediately. They were friendly, fast and continued to come back daily until the work was completed. They sent in ladies to clean up the mud left from the waterdamage after the rooms were dry and they had begun the removal of damaged drywall and floorboards. They were there to help us and jumped in to do the work when our insurance company left us hanging for days and were not willing to send out contractors to begin the process of restoration for days on end due to it being the holiday season between Christmas and New Years. We called VIP Steemer after the initial night of cleanup and found out they could handle the complete process immediately and contracted with them to do the entire job from start to finish. They worked with us on inventory of our damaged and salvaged household goods for the insurance company claim, packaging and storage in a facility in order for the restoration process to begin to restore our house for the contracting portion of the work. It was a seamless process and they were careful to take excellent care of all our goods as if it were their own. Our items were completely safe with them. Julian Iwundu worked with us and developed a relationship with us throughout the entire process keeping us abreast of the progress and inquiring on our satisfaction. If something was not to our liking during the contractor phase, they went out of their way to fix it immediately. Julian Iwundu walked us through how to send our insurance check to the mortgage company to get it signed off so we could get it back to sign it and turn it over to his company when the work was finally completed and was very patient in the process (homeowners may not know that this occurs when there are damages to your property on an insurance claim when you have a mortgage with a large claim). They even brought everything back in excellent condition from the storage facility when the work was completed. We could not be more pleased with the entire job from start to finish. We were sad to see them go when everything was done that is how happy we were to have them around during the time they spent working on our home. We will definitely contact them again if we need any recovery, cleaning, contractor or moving services because of the level of trust they inspired in us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont, I use what is called exactimate soft ware, its the same soft ware that all insurance companies uses to generate or write their estimates, its difficult to understand and or use, I was trained and certified to use it..its really cool
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide them free consultation and assessments, ie establish if the loose is or will be covered by insurance policy, ,, also establishing what make sense, if filing a claim is necessary or not etc
