Really really patient and wonderful! Candice was super gracious through all my printing issues as I was not able to get clear printed copies by the time she met me but she patiently waited for me to get all my documents in order and worked on finishing the notary job I needed seamlessly. Witnessing: I needed not one, but two witnesses with their names, signatures and addresses as part of an OPM form that I needed to complete. Thats where The Signature Pros came to the rescue! The whole process from first contacting to booking to the final service was awesome. Ms. Candice and her colleague came to our home (mobile service) and were super nice and professional and they identified themselves properly before entering. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what you need, your desired timeline, and any important details about the project. New administrative clients may be asked to complete a brief intake form so we can properly evaluate the request. Once the scope is clear, we discuss pricing and next steps before work begins. If your request falls outside our scope, we'll let you know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a combination of formal education, professional credentials, technical skills, and hands-on business experience. Our available expertise includes a team member with a bachelor's degree in computer science, coding experience, and multiple team members with experience working with WordPress.
Our team also has hands-on experience with platforms and business systems including GoHighLevel, GoDaddy, Squarespace, Square, and other digital tools used to manage websites, customer relationships, workflows, and everyday business operations.
