FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the type of service, complexity of the project, turnaround time, and whether services are provided remotely or in person. Before work begins, we discuss the scope of the project and provide clear pricing so you know what to expect. Additional fees may apply for travel, expedited requests, printing, shipping, or other project-specific expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what you need, your desired timeline, and any important details about the project. New administrative clients may be asked to complete a brief intake form so we can properly evaluate the request. Once the scope is clear, we discuss pricing and next steps before work begins. If your request falls outside our scope, we'll let you know.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a combination of formal education, professional credentials, technical skills, and hands-on business experience. Our available expertise includes a team member with a bachelor's degree in computer science, coding experience, and multiple team members with experience working with WordPress. Our team also has hands-on experience with platforms and business systems including GoHighLevel, GoDaddy, Squarespace, Square, and other digital tools used to manage websites, customer relationships, workflows, and everyday business operations. I am also a commissioned Maryland Notary Public and Remote Online Notary and a Maryland-licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC), with additional experience in real estate signing transactions and I-9 Authorized Representative services. Because our skills are varied, customers aren't limited to one person's knowledge. When appropriate, projects can draw on the experience and technical abilities available across The Administrative Pros team.
