Erick Services said he would be here today. I asked him to give me a time so I would be here when he arrived. He never responded, and then at 5 pm today, he messaged 'What do you want to do first' as if he didn't just not show up!
Very poor communication. I can't evaluate his work since he didn't come to do the work.
