- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At MARS Roofing, we believe that customer service should come first. Our Mission is to first educate customers on the condition of their property, then educate them on all replacement or repair options available and finally provide them with exceptional roofing, siding and gutter services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mars Restoration was founded in 2014 by Salvatore Pirozzi, a licensed public adjuster who wanted to create an enjoyable workplace focused on educating homeowners and helping them to make the best decisions when it comes to maintaining their homes. Our team takes pride in being one of Maryland’s leading roofing companies and works hard every day to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with the final outcome of their project.
