My experience with Olde To Better Yet LLC was quite satisfactory. Gerold Washington was excellent to work with and very patient while responding to all questions asked prior to the contract being signed and during the completion of the work. I had both main house and garage roof installed and had questions during the installation. Gerold freely answered questions and because I am retired the work began a day before installation was initially expected to begin and was therefore completed ahead of time. Once the work was completed, I was told to not hesitate to contact them in the event I needed anything. Very pleased with all aspects of service, professionalism, responsiveness, quality and value. Thanks Gerold and crew!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very fair pricing. A quote will be given after scheduling an on-site visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A site visit is scheduled in order to examine the job and to discuss the details. After which time, we will provide a verbal quote. In most cases the quote will be given at the site visit. In some cases it will be 24 hours later. A written quotes may also be sent by of email. Once customer agrees to price, a written contract will be sent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over forty (40) years on-the-job experience to include education in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management, Job Construction Superintendent and Self-employed Building Contractor, specializing in roofing, siding windows and custom carpentry.
