I appreciated Profound’s timeliness and can-do approach. They cleared a section of our yard that had become overgrown with invasive vine weeds. Ignacious prefers to give bids after seeing the project to avoid miscommunication. I like that. We plan to have them back.

Details: Residential • Large (5,000 - 10,000 sq ft) • 3-4 weeks ago • Yes, herbicides are fine • No, I don't need to be there • Once a month

Had a great experience with Profound Service. Incredibly responsive, very honest when talking through problem solving my weeds and what would be best and also cost efficient. They came the next day and worked hard. They did a fantastic job—there were so many weeds! And they got them ALL. I was also mowing the front yard (with a manual push mower) and they went ahead and started to trim the edges of the grass for me—this was so kind and I can’t say how much I appreciated that. Will absolutely be calling them again for the next lawcare to do!

Details: Residential • Small (less than 1,000 sq ft) • A week ago • Pro's recommendation • Yes, I must be present • Only one time
