Introduction: Enhance. Enrich. Elevate. Welcome to The So Burr Experience. Drunk on style. High on life. Since 2001, I have leveled up the fashion and decorating experience as a Stylist, Interior Designer and Creative Director. I am well versed to use my skills and creativity to assist you in taking your wardrobe, home, office, event or even retail business to the next level. I offer my services at any level from consulting to a complete overhaul and everything between. Receiving several awards for my work at the local and national level and being interviewed for Forbes.com, I can attribute my success to my knowledge, great attention to detail and willingness to try things others won't. Create Your Style. Smartly. Imagine walking into a room, a situation and meeting someone for the first time, in person or virtually. COVID-19 has created a virtual revolution. Your environment in combination with your physical appearance is important now more than ever. Do not give anyone a reason to look any where else. Our eyes shift their gaze every 3 seconds, searching for their next target. Neuroscientists at MIT found that the brain can identify images seen for as little as 13 milliseconds. Imagine seeing a dozen pictures flash by in a fraction of a second. That is exactly what is happening to us all the time. We are constantly being bombarded by visual stimulus. Our brains are constantly piecing everything together, trying to understand what we’re looking at. Our eyes deliver information to the brain and allow the brain to think just fast enough to know what to look at next. Our eyes are calibrating just as often as possible while still trying to understand what is going on. After visual input hits the retina, the information flows to the brain, where information such as shape, color, and orientation is processed. Part of the brain holds onto images for longer – just enough time for the brain to identify concepts without having to do any more work. What does all this science have to do with style? You have to be memorable. Stick out from the crowd. Give your intended audience a reason not to look elsewhere. According to Dan Miller in his book "48 Days To The Work You Love, Revised Edition: Preparing For The New Normal", 55% of the communication process is made up of how we present ourselves and body language. This is true for the way we dress and the way we create our environments. This is how we tell our own unique individual stories. This is our calling card. With one glance, someone should be able to capture a general idea of Who. You. Are. I help you achieve this with my process called The So Burr Experience, using my 7 Building Blocks of Style: Profile, Theory, Silhouettes/Shapes, Colors, Prints/Textures, Fabrics and Defining Details. Thank you for your time and consideration. Looking forward to working with you.

Interior Design

Jason is a very experienced interior designer. He reshaped, reorganized and added wonderful colors to my office space which was earlier very dull and boring, not well organized. He sends his initial design on the paper and you can go countless number of times to discuss before design is finalized. Jason is very flexible to listen to your ideas carefully and adjust the design according to the customer needs. I'm so glad that I found him over the internet. I spoke with many other designers but no one sounded as convinced as Jason. Looking forward to work with you again!!!

Home Staging

Jason was responsive and punctual. He gave me so many good ideas and ways to style each room. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions and explaining exactly how I could update my current furniture (which meant I didn't have to buy everything new!). I really appreciate his insight and all of his suggestions; I started looking for furniture right after he left :)

Jason did an amazing job of helping me sort through all the clutter in my wardrobe to select the pieces that still work. I used to buy clothes simply because they were on sale, because I had so much in my closet that I didn’t actually know what I had. I think using Jason actually helped me SAVE money, not to mention look snappier.
