The movers were respectful and well meaning. I think they need to improve on their communication about the actual service they provide. I did not want to pack any items and was very clear about that when I booked. I expected them to do that work and provide materials. This was not the case. However, they were very good with moving and protecting furniture.

I was very pleased today with my movers from Starland. This company was responsive and gave me a reasonable quote based on my items and move location. They were done in under the 2 hours allotted. They moved very efficiently and quickly. I lovvvvvvveeed the way they packed my belongings in my storage unit and I will definitely use them again when I finally move. This was a great value, and if you don’t TIP your movers, please do going forward. Yes, the company gets the fee but the actually movers deserve something else. I’m glad I used them.
