FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be fully transparent. For remote IT troubleshooting and 1-on-1 tech lessons, we charge a standard hourly rate with a one-hour minimum. For custom PC builds, we charge the retail cost of the parts plus a flat-rate build and setup fee. Web design projects and digital workspace dashboards (like Notion or Obsidian) are priced as flat-rate project packages so you know exactly what you will pay upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because our service model is 100% remote for IT and web design, our first step is a quick consultation to understand your needs. For IT support, tutoring, or digital organization, all work is done collaboratively online via secure screen sharing. For custom hardware like PCs or mechanical keyboards, we handle the assembly at our workbench and arrange for local drop-off/pickup in the Laurel/Maryland City area, or secure shipping (if applicable)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of clients, from small businesses needing beautiful, responsive websites or organized data hubs, to everyday users who need remote software troubleshooting, virus removal, or a custom gaming PC built to their exact specifications.
