Richard did an outstanding job fixing my hot tub! From the moment I contacted him, he responded quickly and professionally, which set a positive tone for the entire experience. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue, explaining each step of the process to me. Even after the initial repair was completed, he made sure to follow up and returned to ensure that everything was working flawlessly. The repair was particularly challenging given the freezing temperatures outside and the cramped space where the hot tub was situated. Despite these difficult conditions, Richard approached the task with a positive attitude and unwavering focus, never once complaining. We hired Richard to help diagnose the problem with our hot tub, which had abruptly stopped working. He scheduled a visit within two days of our request for service, instructed us about which parts to order, and prioritized an installation visit—on a Saturday once the parts had arrived—to ensure our hot tub got back up and running. He even jumped in to help when a valve froze and flooded our basement, entirely unrelated to the work he was doing on the hot tub. We couldn’t be more grateful for his helpfulness and generosity. He’s incredibly hardworking, kind, professional, and responsive. We would be happy to have him back in the future and can’t recommend him enough for your pool/hot tub needs. Thank you, Richard!

Had to fix multiple problems but directed me where to get a new pump it was hundreds of dollars less than from the manufacturer. Very reasonable for all the work he did. Highly recommend him.
