- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same as repeat customers. We take half upfront and the balance 4 weeks for weddings and two weeks for birthdays, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning new things from the blogs, classes at cake shows, online, and trial and error. I am always trying to learn new recipes, technic, designs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Passion for baking.
