I've been wanting to have the lattice beneath my large deck and ramp replaced for several years but kept running into roadblocks. I had a specific design plan in mind, specific requirements, and wanted someone who was willing to work with me to make my plans a reality. Francis Pineda was exactly the right person. He reviewed what I wanted to do, made some good suggestions, was very easy to work with and was very courteous. He and Daniel (the man who performed most of the labor and crafting) made a great team.
