- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service is $150 for first 1/2 hour and $95 per hour and a crew is $135 per hour, we give free estimates and fixed price for jobs (only exclusions are listed in estimates. Discounts military 5%, seniors 5% and Christian Churches.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On service no price can be given until problem is identified, then price can be given. To locate problems are typically by the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
43 years in trade, 5 years as auto mechanic and many, many seminars and continuing education.
