This company is Awesome! I had a hornet nest outside my home and was terrified. I called them and got a reasonable quote. They came first thing in the morning and got rid of it for me. This was my first time utilizing Hawx Smart PestControl. I was impressed with their responsiveness during the quote and setting up the first service appointment and then our tech, Marcus T. did a great job taking photos of where he treated and what he actually did. I needed to remove a giant wasp’s nest from the front of my home. Hawx PestControl had excellent communication throughout the process. They were able to confirm the job within my very quick timeframe as the house was set to go on market. The pro arrived as promised, removed the nest, and actually provided a full pest treatment for less than a competitor’s bid for nest removal alone!
They provided a full digital report of the work which I really liked - and Derek appeared competent, knowledgeable and professional. He really knew his insects and provided valuable advice about pest cycles and prevention. I would highly recommend this service.

We paid an inflated amount for another exterminator and we still had infestation of bees coming in the home. Therefore, I contacted Hawxs for a second opinion. Online communication was quick and easy. Once I decided to take a chance after been hosed by the previous company the response was quick ! Communication was great and service excellent. Each service comes with a re-service guarantee that creates peace-of-mind for each customer. We'll come back for free to re-service a property if any pest activity comes back.
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home and property that we need to treat. We provide discounts for bundling service plans together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to communicate openly with our customers about our service program and make sure they understand all the benefits tied to our plans. We'll send out the local service professionals on the initial visit to walk through these benefits and provide the customer with additional resources (i.e. like how to access their customer portal).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hawx prides itself in its training. We ensure all our techs are licensed, certified, and educated so we can provide the best service. We hold frequent training and meetings to grow our technicians in knowledge and professionalism to make sure we deliver premium services.
