58 Foundation are truly professional. They knew what they were doing. The price is reasonable for the project. I could have gone cheaper but I don't think the quality of work would have been the same. They removed all mold from my crawl space and had it looking great.

I highly recommend 58 Foundations! Mr. Raymond Glassford, Production Manager, and Eric, foreman, demonstrated exceptional performance and got along extremely well with each other. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, reliable, caring, very professional and friendly.They worked independently and were hard-working, self-starters who invariably understood exactly what to do from the onset, and knew how to get it done quickly and effectively. They showed respect, were able to effectively respond to excited customers, as myself. They were adaptable and able to think on their own. Mr. Glassford, not only planned and organized the work activities, but he also ensured that he had his best crew members on the job! They both paid attention to details. You could tell that they were appropriately trained demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while monitoring their own work to ensure quality. Their expertise shows in the quality of work that was received!!They were everything employees of 58 Foundations should be team players and a great asset to any organization! They were so careful, fast, and polite! They were incredible at what they did! They did quality work in a timely manner! From start to cleanup they were very meticulous! Again, truly professional!! If it is one thing that these two employees did it was assisting in retaining customers! I must admit, I was apprehensive at first, but Mr. Glassford assured me that I would be 100% satisfied! He was right! I definitely will recommend 58 Foundations and their staff to every person I know who is in need of their services. Great job!!

58 Foundations was absolutely excellent!! We trusted our major home renovation work to them initially because of their professional presentation to handle the work and their years of experience in the business. However, what we most appreciated about our finished job was our crew that made us feel confident that we had went with the right company. Our crew leader Cory was absolutely awesome! He was very friendly, polite, professional, respectful of our home and personal belongings and displayed nothing but a knowledgable & strong high work ethic!! We couldn't be happier with our job! Would give more stars if I could. The entire process with '58 Foundations was professional and top tier from start to finish. The foundation specialist was well prepared and presented me with numerous solutions. Scheduling the service was a breeze. Can't speak highly enough of Brett, Ryan, and the rest of their crew. Answered all my questions throughout and did a great job with the installation. Excellent work and very clean as well. High recommend working with 58' Foundations!

We were somewhat skeptical about having this type of work done (foundation drainage system) after a realtor showed us a house a few years ago that had this work done (not done by 58 Foundations). The basement looked terrible because the concrete was not finished well after installation of the system and the perimeter of the floor was very uneven!The crew from 58 Foundations did excellent work throughout the project and we are very happy with the results. (The floor is smooth and finished perfectly.)During the project, the foreman offered to (and answered) all of the questions we had. The work was completed quickly (two days) and professionally.Lon (Foundation Specialist) explained the project to us in detail when he came to our house to provide the free estimate, and answered all of our questions.We especially like the warranty that covers the lifetime of the house (is transferable) and we are thrilled that our days of dealing with water in our basement are over!!Paul and Lisa W.
